Built On Decades Of Pest Control Experience

Prize Pest was started in Texas in 2023, but founder John Davenport's experience in pest control goes back much further. In the 1990s, John and his brothers spent their summers knocking on doors to help pay for college. After about five years, they decided to build a pest control business together.

They started their first company in California in 2000. Over the next 22 years, they grew the business to serve much of the state before selling it to Anticimex. John then decided to do it again, this time in Texas. Prize Pest was launched in 2023 and has been built from the ground up in Grand Prairie.
